Course
Details:
|
The
'Fun and Games' programme was devised to work with a small group of
children (6-8 in a group) for 12 sessions.
Throughout the
2 days the participants will be able to experience some of the exercises,
share their own ideas and look at resources available.
They will also explore the programme structure in more detail, how to
set up a group, planning a session and evaluation procedures.
Vicky Elbourne (CAMHS Child and Family Support Worker) has run several
courses over the last 2 years for Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors,
Classroom Support Assistants, etc. who said they felt the course had
given them fresh ideas and they appreciated hearing how the programme
had been received in schools and especially what impact it had made
on some of the children.
If you
would like any more information about this training course please contact
