Day One
By applying the principles and strategies offered during this session, participants will:

Module 1a (9:15am - 12noon)
Be able to conduct a full review of personal and professional achievement
A practical workshop to help recently qualified teachers to review their own personal and professional achievements to date in order to set long term and short term goals for further development and career planning.

Module 1b (12:45pm - 3:30pm)
Be able to identfy and plan for support in professional development
A structured approach towards identifying the specific professional development and support needs of the recently qualified teacher, and formulation of a plan that will meet those needs.
