THE YOGA FACTORY offers teachers another choice in helping to encourage children to enjoy exercising and to bring PE participation in line with government targets.

Candidates will receive a comprehensive teaching file, 4 routines, 4 relaxation's and one days tuition.

The course consists of 4 routines and 4 relaxation's on CD.

No experience of yoga is necessary as the CD's contain detailed instruction of each move.

The CD's are accompanied by a comprehensive teaching file providing the teacher with every possible help they might need.

The routines can be used over and over again and will not date, so schools can use the course material for many years to come.

The relaxation's are separate tracks so can be used in the classroom or after other activities.
