The Excel and Word files below can be saved to your computer by clicking on 'File' then 'Save As'. You can only do this if you have Word, Excel or a viewer for these programs. Use the 'Back' button (top left) to get back to this page. (Available viewers can be obtained from Microsoft by clicking here.)
Columns and rows on the grids will automatically total. To find the % correct per question, enter the number of pupils in the appropriate cell indicated and press return. The % will be rounded to the nearest whole number. Should the % correct be 100%, this may not show as 100 until the column width is adjusted slightly to accommodate 3 digits. Thanks to Andrea Goddard and Ron Borsberry from the Numeracy Team for the provision of these. If you have trouble downloading this by just clicking on the link you can right click and select 'Save Target As'. You will then get a save window in order to save it on your computer.
These are all in Microsoft Word. See below for instructions.
You will need a version of Word on your computer (available for both PC and Mac). If you do not have Word but have a PC the documents can be viewed by opening them in 'WordPad' (Start / Programs / Accessories / WordPad) - it's an older version of Word. All North East Lincolnshire school offices have Word. When you click on a link a Word document will appear (within the program that you are viewing the Internet - probably Internet Explorer). Or you may see a window that asks if you want to open or save it. Click on 'Open'. To save the document to your computer click on 'File' then 'Save As', name the document or use the original title. Make sure you note where you save it (usually 'My Documents' on a PC). You now have an alterable document to adapt for your school. To get back to this page from the Word document click on the 'Back' button on the top left hand side. |
