What are your views on the Foundation Stage? This is a crucial part of the Education Journey. It is where children may first be encourage to 'love learning'. The experiences in the Foundation Stage may affect a child's attitude to future stages. What difference have Promethean White Boards made to the school? These have enhanced the curriculum and enthused the children even more. They live in a multimedia world and they have high expectations from technology. Are there any aspects of the of the school that you are particularly proud of? Ensuring that the environment is inviting and stimulating is a priority. Children's work is celebrated as unique. We work hard to establish and maintain positive relationships with carers and parents to ensure dialogue to potential problems. What plans do you have for the future? Pelham Infant School will amalgamate with St Andrew's Junior School in September 2003 to form a 250 place Church of England Primary School. We are working toward a smooth transition for pupils, staff and the community.
